parts of the designs can go away (i.e. garage, the family room and
fireplaces).
3. Can you also design it where instead of a garage will be an azotea
for 2 cars with driveway?
Also, all electric outlets will be adaptable to 100~240 volts
appliances. The washer and dryer will have an outlet and vent,
respectively. Can we centralize the air conditioning (2 units) and
regulated by thermostat for the main and another in the second/third
floors? All bedrooms carpeted including family room. Please let me
know
