Furniture Philippines

Well, as i m just starting my cherchings about that, i did not choose for one or another solution. In fact, it will depend on the amount necessary to be furniture Philippines invest.
My idea is to start with a small investment that i can sell after 3 or 5 years to buy another one.
My second idea is also to create jobs for local people. My plans are to settle there after a few years with a resident visa for retirement.
We have a lot and plan to built a house of 50feet width X 40 feet.
The rooftop is flat. Because of the hills were the house will be built.
3 bedroom ( 1 master is elevated 1meter above the floor; 12X16ft w/ bath room w/closet);
2) the 2 bedroom elevated 50cm. same 12X11ft.)no bath
w/closet each room.

One bathroom beside the
furniture Philippines masterbedroom in front of the 2 bedroom.
One living room including the kitchen;dining and the bar room; 20ft. X 50 ft.floor level;All concrete block external& internal walls. Divisions/ rooms, etc. All flors ,rooms ,bathroom, living room ,concrete.
Roofing w/ downspout for the water from the roof going down to the ground at the back of the house.
Please ,Quote me.I need the drawing w/in a month.
How much per square meter or cm or feet?

hi, just wondering if you can help me with my 50sqm share of lot. the total lot area is 176sqm but it will be divided into 3 units. plan is, it will be my unit which will be constructed first. a friend who\'s an ID graduate is helping me out design this house. it\'s going to be a 2-storey unit. dilemma is, the 50sqm is rectangular in shape and the 2nd floor will be the first to be constructed. the ground will follow when funds are sufficient already. i havent decided though, i want to make sure that everything is in place. one more dilemma is that, on the second floor, in reference to the drawing, there are only 2 furniture Philippines bedrooms and a small family space.

i want to know if you can help me design this, how much and if it\'s feasible to add a loft on the second floor to add one more room. i also want bay windows for the master\'s and children\'s rooms as well. maybe we can meet so i can show you the floor plan. i am interested with the type of furniture Philippines materials presented in your website, as i see it, reasonable and can save me if not thousands of pesos, at least hundreds that will go into furnishings. i work in a call center and my day off this week would be wednesday, feb 7. am free in the afternoon. we\'ll be in makati as well on that day. contact details are correct.
