I see that the price is really high for the designs I gave you. I do
have some questions for you:
1. The estimate you gave us for ( expect about Php 9M
complete), does that include the swimming pool and the yard?
2. If so, can you give me a design which will fit for 2 to 4 million?
I
know the model designs I gave you were fancy and expensive but some
parts of the designs can go away (i.e. garage, the family room and
fireplaces).
3. Can you also design it where instead of a garage will be an azotea
for 2 cars with driveway?
Also, all electric outlets will be adaptable to 100~240 volts
appliances. The washer and dryer will have an outlet and vent,
respectively. Can we centralize the air conditioning (2 units) and
regulated by thermostat for the main and another in the second/third
floors? All bedrooms carpeted including family room. Please let me
know
if this workable. We are hoping to start home designs floor plans philippines building the house by April

We are looking to build a house in the future near Dumaguete, it may be located on a beach lot or mountain view. We are looking at 3 bedroom and 2 bath. We were thinking of around 250 square meter floor plan, prefer 1 floor design, but will consider a 2nd floor. We currently are living in the USA. Please send us any info and your thouhgts.
We have been looking at lots here from the net. It will be at least 8 months and probably longer before we travel to the Philippines. Right now we are trying to get acquainted with realistic prices of lots. If you have any suggestions on that aspect please feel free to advise.
You mentioned that W6338HD is Php 25,000 sq mt. Would W6305HD be the same too?
I would like to see some house plans you build that would be in the Php 18,000 price so I may compare the options.
Do you build only with poured form concrete or cinder block too?
We are most concerned with quality interior design items, quality flooring (marble and hardwood), kitchen cabinets, bath fixtures, windows, etc.
Outside design may be simple for cost efficenty i would like to inquire how much will be the total cost (complete type and basic type) of a 30sq. meter bungalow. we already purchase a lot at sta. rosa laguna home designs floor plans philippines and we weould like to know how much would it cost for building the house.
