Thanks for your immediate response and for your suggestions. i like the idea, can you please find me a lot in a home building Philippines beachfront and the area must be a possible tourist spot soon or later. which will be good for our plan restaurant. and if the land is big enough, im planning for a hotel/accomodation as well to your possible beachfront lot/land you can offer. my partner is a british who love the beach thats why we both prefer a beachfront property/land to settle or business and house. please inform me as soon as possible if you can find/give us our preferred lot in subic or in any tourist spot beach location. pls let me know before or not later than the end of next week. looking forward to your immediate help.

Thanks for your response regarding my query. as i was advice subic bay is about to be developed in the next 3-5years time and it is near to my home town. however if you can suggest a place or land that suits our preference we are happy to hear it and might take it. we`ve been in boracay home building Philippines island this jan 8-15 and we find it cool and amasing place. if you can find us a place lot there as well (beachfront) will be much better but however if you think cebu will be far much better, im always open to suggestions. please let me know of the possible lot/place to invest our business and our own home as well. im looking forward for your great help regarding this matter. email me the details and photos of a prospect lot/place(beachfront) if you find one as soon as possible please.
