There is an old house and need to build a new one on the premises.
Option 1.- 2 story house, 3 bedrooms upstairs with bath on master bedroom and walk in closet.
1st floor- with living room, dining, kitchen, guest room and full bath.
Option 2.- 1-story house with 3 bedrooms, living, dining, kitchen, 1-full bath, bathroom on master bedroom/walk in closet you back on your response you said that the price is about php 20,000 per sq. mt. and the building materials Philippines lot should be a minimum of 200 sq. mt. so im just wondering how many sq.mt. is the house 5 and the house 7 and do mean whatever style i choose the price to bulid it would be php 20,000 x # of sq. mt. of the house thanks for your help.
Ok thats what i was thinking but just wonted to be sure i have a couple issues with the lot im planning to build on it has a very large mango tree that is growing sideways on the ground it had fallen over numerous years ago and it is very huge and stable but it goes acrross part of the lot about 3/4 of the way in the lot and my family does not want to remove cause it has family history ties so i need todesighn something that works on my lot the lot is still very big its just the positoning of the house on the lot needs to be figured out and the lot is significantly lower at the back of the lot and needs to be filled up to above sealevel and the road height we are thinking on building at the end of this year or the begging of next year i need to configure all these issues that i have mentioned and finalize paperwork with the bank the other thing i wanted to mention is i need to build a house that is most likely two stories cause i need two master bedrooms and four large bedrooms and one bathroom so it would be a total of six bedrooms and three bathrooms,i was also wondering if you could building materials Philippines design and build a two car garage.
