but when my parents move to the states in the 1950. I
was raised and born in the US. I'm a full blooded
Filipino. I married my wife in the Philippines who is
Cebuana in 1980. Both of us are US citizen. I

In about ten years from now, I will retire the 2nd
time from the US government and my wife will be

I will be in Cebu between May 25th to June 3rd so I would like to maybe make an appointment to meet and discuss our plans with your architects or engineers.

We are planning to build two villas, double stories on a block of land 560sq meters - the land is inherited, land paper work are all in order. We have budgeted for 2 million pesos per villa when completed -(inclusive of all the charges). We estimate 3 bedrooms will suffice with balconies, walk-in robes, en suite to master bedroom, family/gamesroom, lounge room, common home depot Philippines bathroom & toilet top floor, kitchen, dining, laundry and good size patio/courtyard and double garage.
