I heard also that Liloan is nice, white sand etc. Yes I am looking for beach front (first lot). When I said overlooking, there are some beach front lots that are on a cliff and you can build steps down to the ocean but they have to be first lot. Either way as long it is first lot. Seems nice but how big is the bungalow house. It's a waste if I have to tear it down. I will go as far as 45 min. - 1 hour drive to the city. I was told Liloan is about 30 min. to the city and the ocean is very clean. A close friend stated to just stick to Liloan or Mactan area other wise the beach won't be as clean. I don't know how true that is. I just want to stay away from the little homes.
